Course registration will take place from Feb. 19 to Mar. 26, and the process will include using Infinite Campus, meeting one-on-one with counselors and choosing the courses for the upcoming school year. Students will use Infinite Campus to view available classes and submit their course selections during registration.
“Course registration is stressful but also kind of exciting because it feels like I’m deciding my future,” sophomore Vyshnavi Bonathu said.
Students will also meet individually with counselors to review their selections. During these meetings, students can talk about graduation requirements, workload and class options before finalizing their selections. The meetings are part of the registration process this year.
“It’s helpful because I can ask questions and make sure I pick the right classes,” said Lakshya Bobbili.
New electives are also available for students to choose from during registration. Elective classes allow students to explore different subjects and interests outside of required courses. These options will be included in course selection materials shared with students’ emails.
Course registration is an important step because the classes students select will determine their schedule for the 2026-2027 school year. Some students focus on choosing classes based on their interests, while others think about academic goals while making decisions.
Sophomore Daksha Ravva said, “When choosing my classes, I consider the academic rigor, personal experiences from other students and how interested I am in the subject.”
Students can review their course options before meeting with their counselors so they can make informed choices. Taking time to plan ahead can help students feel more prepared during registration.
Final schedules are expected to be released after the 2025-2026 school year, giving students time to review their classes and request changes if needed.
The changes this year give students more support and more choices when planning their schedules. Using Infinite Campus and meeting with counselors all play a part in this year’s registration process.
