A Shake Shack has recently opened in Raleigh, as well as a Raising Canes in Chapel Hill. 

Shake Shack is known for its shakes, burgers, and chicken. According to Daily Hive and several other sources, their top-rated items are their burgers. Some top burgers are the Shake Shack burger and the Smoke Shack burger. 

The Shake Shack burger consists of a toasted potato bun, lettuce, 100% Angus beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and their ShackSauce. 

The Smoke Shack burger is a cheeseburger with applewood smoked bacon chopped cherry peppers, and the Shack Sauce.

When it comes to their shakes, vanilla, chocolate, and cookies and cream shakes are some of the most popular.

Raising Canes opened its third location in Chapel Hill, NC. Its popularity mainly comes from its chicken. Some popular menu items are the box combo, chicken sandwich, and the Caniac combo. 

Raising Canes box combo has four chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw with Cane’s sauce, and a regular drink. 

The Caniac combo has 6 chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, two Cane’s sauces, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a large fountain drink of your choice. 

These fast-food chains are very popular around the country, and their arrival has been anticipated by many in North Carolina.
