The FVHS Student Council election results are in, and the winners are ready to be helpful to our school and do what they can to make our school better.
The Executive Council is going to be led by the council President, junior Tiffany Nguyen. She is committed to properly leading the council and actively planning to help the school.
Others in the council are the two Vice Presidents, junior Beth Ann Giordano and sophomore Ansley Scherpereel. Also in the Executive Council are the Secretary, junior Christian Gonzalez and Media Specialist, sophomore Celeste Ly. All of these members are prepared to support the school as well as make it more entertaining for students.
“I’m planning to make Student Council more enjoyable and more fun. I want to get more of the student body’s input with things such as spirit week, prom and homecoming,” said Nguyen.
The Executive Council oversees the majority of organizing for the entire school.
The other councils are made up of students to represent their grade level. There is the senior class council that is led by Chloe Ellerbee. The junior class council is led by President Anabelle Barbeau, Vice President Alae Bazzi and Secretary Morgan Lilly. The sophomore class council is led by President Caroline Simpson, Vice President Micah-Faith Villanueva, and Secretary Tucker Crocker.
Every person who won these roles is thankful and is working towards creating a better environment for the students at FVHS.
“I feel like the outcome of the Student Council was something that I expected, and it is nice. Everyone in their positions deserved it,” said Ellerbee.
Ellerbee and all of her peers had fun in the election and are thankful for the opportunity that the school has given them. Each of the council members are ready for the next school year where they can use their positions to make FVHS a better place.
