Summer is by far the best time of the year, not only for me but for everyone. It’s an amazing three month break from school and stress. Around this time, everyone and their families are planning a fun summer getaway. 

There are so many places you could travel to over the summer, but where is the best place you could go? Personally, I think anywhere out of the country would make a summer vacation you would never forget. 

From Paris to London, or even the Bahamas, those would all be endless fun. I think the best summer vacation would probably be somewhere in the Caribbean or the Bahamas because both places are equally beautiful. 

Summer is a great time to visit the Bahamas when the weather is around 80-90 degrees and sunny all day. This being said, the Bahamas has endless adventures you can experience for your summer trip, like zip lining, snorkeling, hiking, or even just hanging out at the beach. 

The top tourist attraction in the Bahamas is Nassau, the mainland town. This town is beautiful and home to tons of shops on the main island and delicious seafood restaurants. The Bahamas is known for their cuisine and seafood. 

Another dreamy destination is called Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park on the beach. This place is famous for being known to be swimming with pigs! Millions of people yearly visit this place just to swim with these varieties of pigs. But don’t worry, they won’t hurt you; they’re people lovers. 

Need a place to stay? No need to worry, the Bahamas is home to a lot of inclusive resorts. An amazing all-inclusive resort on the beach is called Sandals Royal Bahamian. Located in Nassau, Bahamas, this would be an incredible place to stay with a huge water park close by, a nice sized room, and right on the beach. 

“I think the Bahamas would be an amazing place to stay in the summer with beautiful resorts, awesome weather, and lots to do,” said freshman Abby Hills. The Bahamas in the summer would be an endless vacation and memory-filled summer for anyone.
