Chick-fil-a is known to be a good place to work as an employee. They value respect, hospitality, and teamwork, and it is a great place to socialize while also building interpersonal skills. 

Many individuals above the age of 14 decide to sign up for a job there. It’s one of the few places that allow you to start working around 14. Most workplaces require you to be 16 and above.

 It’s important for teenagers to be working from a younger age as it teaches them responsibility, time and money management, and gives them working experience. 

Chick-fil-a provides great training. They dedicate themselves to creating a strong and supportive team. Regardless of which section one is assigned to work, they’ll make sure you receive thorough training in all aspects of the role. 

As for the employees, they have an opportunity to step out of their comfort zone and talk to new people. The teams create a friendly and supportive environment. Everyone is doing their best to contribute to good customer service. 

Sophomore Kensley Harrison said, “I’ve made some amazing relationships with some of my coworkers working here, and it has helped me grow professionally.”

Everyone is involved with interacting with each other and many create good friendships in and outside of the workplace. 

Chick-Fil-a has a positive working environment, possibility for professional growth, and essential life skills development. It is a great option to start working when you’re looking for a job as a young adult.
