“Clash Royale” is a real-time tower defense pvp with collectible cards. You level up by defeating other players in 1-v-1 or 2-v-2 games. The goal is to destroy each other’s towers and gain crowns. To use cards you generate elixir and each card costs a different amount of elixir. Clash is a game of strategy to use your cards wisely since you can only generate one elixir at a time. After two minutes of a match, you get double the amount of elixir.

Clash is the perfect use of someone’s free time. It’s very entertaining and is a good way to strengthen your critical thinking skills by making someone think when and where to place moves. It’s extremely accessible and has no in-game ads. Each match lasts just three minutes, making it easier to grind the game. Clash is a diverse game and has a series of different game modes, cards, and even emotes if you want to be toxic. Clash always offers new items and updates consistently.

There are items you can buy in-game with money such as cards, emotes, battle passes. The game stays fair and is not pay-to-win. Instead of using real money, you can buy things with gems that you earn while playing the game.

The Clash community is always growing and changing but the game’s fans have always been competitive. They are very active on social media, especially on Instagram Reels, and there have been multiple trends on TikTok about the princess and mega knight cards. Clash is a way to connect with others and even have friendly battles with them.

The reason why Clash is so popular is because people are always on the road to max everything out, as you can upgrade your cards, get new fighting arenas, and get every card and emote there is in the game. Although the game is always updating and adding new things, it’s nice for older gen players to flex how many cards they have and how far they have progressed.

 “I play because it requires skill and it’s fun. It takes quick reaction time and high intensity thinking to be good and to make the right decisions,” said Romero.

Clash is a casual game that was built to be fun and competitive. The amount of customization and fluidity makes the game fun. Other mobile games can’t compare to the greatness of “Clash Royale.”
