While going back to school may not be everyone’s favorite time of year, FVHS has a way of making a positive lasting impact on students. Every year is a special for each student, but the big question is this: what year was their favorite?

Senior Monish Allada said, “Senior year is my favorite at Fuquay. I know it’s only been a month but I can’t help the fact that I’m so close to graduating. It’s a surreal feeling.”

Fuquay-Varina High School is a place designed for all to be able to feel welcome and wanted. A place where lifelong friendships and happy memories are formed every year. Students and faculty alike believe that FVHS has met those standards.

Senior Aidan Almonte said, “When I first got here, I never really liked school, but my time at FVHS has changed my mind. Every year was great, but if I had to pick a favorite, I’d pick freshman year. Looking back, it was way easier than the stuff we do in 12th grade, and I met some good friends there.”

Each year of high school offers a unique experience, shaping who we are and creating lasting memories. No matter what grade you’re in.

Junior Amelia Freund said, “My favorite year at Fuquay was my sophomore year because I got accepted into Governor’s School for chorus. Only 176 students in the state got picked, so I felt special to be a part of that.”

Everyone’s time in high school is different, but these students have nothing but happy memories to share about their time at FVHS.
