When it comes to listening to music, lots of people use music apps such as Spotify or Apple Music. Spotify and Apple Music have always had a pretty big debate about which streaming platform is better. 

Spotify has a better experience overall because of its large amount of music and artists, which allows you to play all of the family-friendly features it offers. A big reason people prefer to listen to Spotify over Apple Music is because Spotify allows listeners to listen to music free with ads while for Apple Music you have to have a paid subscription to access most of its features.

Another reason why most people prefer to listen to Spotify is because Spotify has personalized playlists that it creates. Based on the songs that you like to listen to, it creates playlists like “Release Radar” and “Discover Weekly” that show you new music every week that you might like based on the other songs that you like to listen to.

Spotify also allows you to follow friends and share playlists. This makes it more fun to find music with other people. Apple Music has some features that are similar, but Spotify is easier to use.

Junior Chloe Daniel said she prefers Spotify over Apple Music.

“Spotify is easier to use and the features that it has to offer are way better than Apple Music,” said Daniel.

With Spotify’s free plan, social features, and personalized playlist, it makes it a better choice for people to listen to music. Apple Music has some good features to it, but it’s clear that Spotify offers a more enjoyable and easier experience overall.
