My Way Tavern and Mellow Mushroom are soon opening near Fuquay-Varina.  These are popular places where you can enjoy food and attend events. These places have Italian and American cuisine.

 My Way Tavern will be located in Fuquay-Varina at 2136 Gathering Square Court. This location in Bengal Towne Center is just behind Walmart.

 So far, there are only two other My Way Tavern locations in NC, which are in Raleigh and Holly Springs. In 2023, “Raleigh Magazine” voted My Way Tavern in Raleigh one of the three best bars. Its Holly Springs location has also won a best bar food award. 

They have been ranked to be one of the best restaurants on “America’s Best Restaurants,” “Indy Week” and “Main & Broad.” They have drink specials, weekly specials, live music, a trivia night, and more. Their menu includes lunch and dinner, drinks, specials, and a late-night menu.

 They are open from 11 to 12 a.m. Their lunch and dinner menus consist of 10 different appetizers, wings, soups, spuds, salads, six different types of mac and cheese, signature foods, tacos, sandwiches, hot dogs, and more. 

Every day of the week, they have deals, specials, or events, making this place more outstanding than other restaurants.

“The food at My Way Tavern is amazing. You have a bunch of options to choose from and the staff is great,” said junior Darianna Miranda.

 When ordering online, they have two options, Door-Dash delivery and Mobile Bytes. Door-Dash delivery allows you to order ahead without waiting in line. Mobile Bytes provides access to the menu and previous ordering history so you can reorder previous meals you have purchased, making it much more efficient. They also have a page for their events, which gives notification to customers up to a month before upcoming events that they may want to attend.

Next, we have a Mellow Mushroom location opening at 128 Collins Crossing Road, Holly Springs. Mellow Mushroom is a pizza restaurant with various build-your-own options. They are known for the availability of plant-based and gluten-free crusts, stone-baked pizzas and fresh ingredients. 

Apart from pizzas on their menu, they also have wings, calzones, burgers, hoagies, salads, sweets, and pretzels. 

Some of their most popular and ordered items are their mighty meaty pizza, pretzels, great white pizza, and wings. Their mighty meaty pizza contains pepperoni, Italian sausage, honey ham, ground beef, and applewood-smoked bacon on top of their mellow red sauce with mozzarella. The great white pizza is made with olive oil and a garlic base with provolone, mozzarella, seasoned ricotta, authentic sheep’s milk feta cheese, roasted and fresh Roma tomatoes, sweet onions, and fresh basil on top. 

Their pretzels are made with their classic dough and kosher salt and served with yellow mustard as their sauce. Meanwhile, their pretzel bites are tossed in garlic butter and parmesan and served with either regular or spicy beer cheese. When it comes to their wings, they have up to six different types that usually come with a side of ranch, carrots and celery. 

There are more than 100 Mellow Mushroom locations in the U.S., most of them in Georgia, where they were initially established.
